Southern String Band will be in Shepherd's Hall at the Parish Life Center in the Church of the Good Shepherd for a night of square dance music, with band member Ron Raxter calling the dances. Raxter was one of PineCone's founders, and PineCone began by sponsoring dances in and around Wake County. The evening will feature simple square and round dances (not Western or contra). Dancers of all levels, including new and inexperienced dancers, are welcome, and no partners are necessary.

Times: 7-10pm
Fees: Tickets are $8 for PineCone members and $10 for the general public and will be available at the door.
